With multi-market experience covering some 15 countries over his career and with business relationships in many more there is always a solution to be found.
With a passion for growth, leadership development and performance Robert is a Chartered Manager and Level 7 Certified Leadership Coach & Mentor with the UK, Chartered Management Institute (CMI), and a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership.

Rishi has spent his entire life in Bahrain and has over 20 years’ experience spanning multiple roles in supply chain and commercial sales. With extensive business travel and on the ground activation, Rishi is a very experienced logistics practitioner who has developed commercial skills to support the development of route to market strategies, supporting both origin-based suppliers and end customers to grow their business effectively.
With an MBA and Diplomas in Logistics & Transportation (CILT) and Leadership & Management (ILM), Rishi executes activities with a strong relationship and people orientation.
